The Defense of the RASTOAn Coalition from the Idraei; Subsequent reclamation

The RASTOAn coalition henceforth declares war on the Idraei realms of King's Duchy and Yoka.

Any Xodor personnel outside of their borders will be killed or captured on sight, but otherwise left alone.

King's Duchy personnel will only be granted mercy if they surrender. Any captured prisoners will be either executed or ransomed.

All Yoka personnel are accused of inciting war and are to be executed immediately upon capture.

Other Idraei subserviates are to formally declare involvement, neutrality or defection. Subserviates which are undeclared will be treated as hostile.

The Royal Army Shock Troopers Of Armok will not fall.
